Marble Baker marble is porous and will stain if left unprotected. Marble can be cleaned with mild detergent and warm water, then rinsed with clean water and wiped with a clean, soft cloth to remove any residue. If this is unsuccessful, repeat with white vinegar. Regularly polish your Baker marble with a good non-yellowing paste wax. Avoid using abrasive cleaners. Food and liquid spills should be wiped up immediately with a damp, soft cloth. Use coasters to protect your marble against rings caused by liquid spills. |
